Regenerative Retreat

This winter, Wild Breath plays host to the Regenerative Inside, Regenerative Outside Retreat on March 20-22nd where we mimic the nature of regenerative agriculture, to feed our own soul and optimize our inner state, creating the fertile ground for action, activism, and social justice that can regenerate our planet.

This isn’t your average yoga retreat. We will move and dance and howl at the moon, we’ll get intimate with our anger and grief, we’ll spend ample time immersing in nature and we’ll learn about how we treat our soul shows us how we’ll treat the soil, leaving with a plan for inner and outer action.

Speaker

This year expanded one of my truest passions and greatest loves: speaking to groups. Whether it’s a small or large group, I have found speaking to be the moment where I am most intensely in the present. As a yoga teacher, nature lover and humanitarian, this both surprised and elated me - to find this presence.

Can’t make a class? Enter these ONLINE offerings:

Get your journal ready, pour a cup of tea & settle in for a morning of enough-ness. You’ll receive six videos with 1.5 hours of content including two guided yoga nidras. Set aside a few hours to follow along for the morning, meditate, and take yourself on a nature walk. You’ll do some writing and reflecting as you come home to the earth and to yourself.
