vital one: the space within

Book a Speaking Engagement

This year expanded one of my truest passions and greatest loves: speaking to groups. Whether it’s a small or large group, I have found speaking to be the moment where I am most intensely in the present. As a yoga teacher, nature lover and humanitarian, this both surprised and elated me - to find this presence.

I love it. Let me speak to you + your crew!

NEXT OFFERING: workshop called FIRE
on July 27th

In these workshops we deep dive into the science + magic of yoga nidra and nature, with the season or element taking the main focus. It includes circle time, deep rest yoga nidra, along with an empathy-building experience with nature.

This Earth Day, Monday April 22, 2019, we're creating a movement to learn about the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in a whole new way: through embodying the 17 “Global Goals” in yoga poses. By designing a practice on the mat that weaves through each SDG, your brain can take a break while your body grounds the goals into your life off the mat.

You can view the free online introduction and training in “SDG Yoga”, hosted by Tamara McLellan, who moves us through the concepts and integration of the 60 minute session in order to introduce #SDGYoga.

If you are inspired by the training, then the British Columbia Council for International Cooperation (BCCIC) is looking to partner with yoga studios across British Columbia, to host as many SDG Yoga sessions as possible on Earth Day this year.

When you sign up we can help promote your event, where we will assist in spreading the word through social media and attract participants to your SDG Yoga session.
