Regenerated people. Regenerated planet.

my mission is to
protect, love, and nourish
quiet and wild spaces
starting with the most
vital one: the space within

Regenerative Retreat

This winter, Wild Breath plays host to the Regenerative Inside, Regenerative Outside Retreat on March 20-22nd where we mimic the nature of regenerative agriculture, to feed our own soul and optimize our inner state, creating the fertile ground for action, activism, and social justice that can regenerate our planet.

This isn’t your average yoga retreat. We will move and dance and howl at the moon, we’ll get intimate with our anger and grief, we’ll spend ample time immersing in nature and we’ll learn about how we treat our soul shows us how we’ll treat the soil, leaving with a plan for inner and outer action.

The First Canadian Summit on Climate Action in Food Systems

I’m co-hosting a two day conference on
Oct. 20-22nd in Kelowna.

If you eat food or care about the long-term health

of our planet, this summit is for you.

This year expanded one of my truest passions and greatest loves: speaking to groups. Whether it’s a small or large group, I have found speaking to be the moment where I am most intensely in the present. As a yoga teacher, nature lover and humanitarian, this both surprised and elated me - to find this presence.

I love it. Let me speak to you + your crew!

A weekend of immersive healing and learning that will transform.

View Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in a whole new way: by embodying the 17 “Global Goals” in a one hour yoga class. This class is designed to weave through each SDG, so your brain can take a break while your body grounds the goals into your life on and off the mat.
